Vee and I share a deep love of mermaid treasure. And the thing about mermaid treasure is that it’s jewelry shaped by storms, tides, salt air. It’s pieces that feel discovered rather than manufactured. Similar to the imperfect shells I’ve been gravitating towards as a beachcomber, a mermaid’s treasure box is filled with objects that carry stories and that celebrate movement, texture, and asymmetry.

That’s exactly what we wanted to create for ourselves and for you in these skeleton shells.They’re meant to feel like found treasure. Like something you spotted in the sand and slipped onto whatever chain you happened to be wearing for safekeeping. Mother Nature designed the bails for us- you can weave chains through the skeleton openings in so many different ways, making each styling feel personal and slightly different every time.

I hope you love these strange little treasures as much as we loved creating them.

Material: Solid 10k yellow gold (small shell) or sterling silver (large shell)

• Gold shell includes two tiny lab diamonds set into the ‘barnacles’- approx. 1/2” length 
• Silver shell does not include any stones - approx. 1 1/8” length 

This design does not have a bail or jump ring as it is designed to be strung onto a chain or cord in a more organic way and allows the wearer to get creative with styling. If you require a jump ring, please reach out to Fir & Fae via Instagram DM to get a quote.
