Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3-5 business days. For made-to-order items, please refer to individual item descriptions for up-to-date lead times. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Methods: Your package will ship via USPS and costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Orders $500 and over will require a signature upon delivery.
Lost or Missing Orders: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 3 days of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
Return Policy
Return Process: To initiate a return request, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at info.firandfae@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we accept your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Exclusions: Due to the nature of our jewelry, we cannot accept returns on custom-made or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. For any questions on issues regarding a custom order, please email us for assistance.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the final approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [number] business days.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info.firandfae@gmail.com with your order number.
After 12 Hours: If you wish to cancel your order after 6 hours, it may not be possible if the item is already in production or has been shipped. In this case, please refer to our return policy for options.
